A Tale of Spices brims with sweet spice, floral notes of rose and jasmine are lifted by sugar-coated almonds and a distinct eucalyptus note.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eTasting Notes:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNose\u003cspan\u003e: A hint of roasted notes but then fresher elements such as jasmine and chamomile. Gentle whispers of marshmallow too, followed by rose water, elderflower and crème brûlee. Maybe a tinge of preserved lemons too, as well as nutmeg and pineapple.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003cbr\u003eTaste\u003cspan\u003e: Creamy texture, even slightly cloying, which I attribute to the ex-wine casks. A fair bit of spices. Pink peppercorns, more nutmeg and clove too. Hints of cherry liqueur, caster sugar and some fennel.
