This product is the first aged vermouth ever to be released in the United States. It starts with North Fork Chardonnay and New York apple brandy, cold-soaked with herbs and barks including cardamom, quassia, wild celery, Japanese shitake and nigella and dark caramel hand-spun from earthy Indian Muscovado by an artisan chocolatier. It is aged two years, resulting in a highly sophisticated, aromatic and nuanced vermouth that can be sipped and enjoyed neat, chilled, on the rocks or in cocktails.
