Carpano Bianco Vermouth

Carpano is a legendary vermouth producer from Italy that some credit with coining the term "vermuth." The quality of their vermouth is unquestioned. The Bianco wasn't available in the USA for many years, but now that it is, the bottle should be an obvious addition to your bar. Rich and delicious, the aromas and flavors veer towards rich sweet/spicy Christmas cake, sweet cream, and vanilla extract. 

The most elegant and richly perfumed of the Carpano vermouths. Ideal served cold, straight, on the rocks with a slice of grapefruit. Alcohol content 14.9% vol.

Carpano Bianco has a light yellow colour, a fresh and complex aroma and an easily identifiable winey note, in addition to citrussy and exotic fruit flavours. Fresh cocoa beans and almonds complete the bouquet of this delicious vermouth. An initially smooth and velvety palate is rounded off by a complex winey note with mineral tones. Persistent and delightful, this vermouth is perfect for any occasion.
