Crafted in Amatitán, Jalisco, using fully mature 100% Organic Blue Weber Agave from the lowlands (El Valle), each plant is hand-selected at peak sugar levels. The agave is cooked in a low-pressure autoclave over a 24-hour cycle to preserve its natural flavors. The juice is extracted using a roller mill with four passes, fermented in stainless steel vats with proprietary yeast, and double distilled in stainless steel pots with copper coils. The tequila is aerated before bottling to enhance drinkability and rested in stainless steel vats for 1-3 months to allow it to become more full-flavored and full-bodied.
The custom-made bottle is designed in Mexico and features the Cazcanes trademarked design. It's made to stand out while preserving the quality of the tequila inside.
