Tasting Notes:

Appearance: Clean, colorless with silver reflections and medium tears.

Nose: Clean, medium aromatic intensity, with a good alcoholic structure. It reminds us of fresh fruits like green apple and citrus. Clear herbaceous notes such as lemon verbena and rue.

Mouth: Medium-bodied pisco with medium to more intensity. It reminds us of fresh herbs with a slightly citric and bitter finish like lemon peel.
