Introducing a new collection of extra-aged, ultra-premium American Whiskeys to our portfolio. The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection exemplifies the
true craftsmanship, patience and consistency that are hallmarks of our almost 90 years of whiskey-making traditions.

The Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 2025 release is a 19-year-old Kentucky Straight Wheat Whiskey that is non-chill filtered and bottled at 100 Proof. The liquid
consists of 277 barrels from the fifth and sixth floor of rickhouse Y. All barrels were produced in August and September 2005.

Tasting Notes:

Color: Polished mahogany.

Aroma: Seasoned oak with honey sweetness. Hints of clove and nutmeg.

Taste: Cinnamon Graham crackers. Rich and sweet with some aged oak and lots of baking spices,
particularly cloves.

Finish: Warm, medium length with maple syrup and caramel sweetness. Some tannins at the end and a peppery tingle.

Mashbill: 51% Wheat, 37% Corn, and 12% Malted Barley.

With new editions released every spring, this collection features Straight American Whiskeys from one of our six traditional mashbills. Ages vary by release, but all editions feature our oldest stocks of barrels.
