This mezcal is produced from espadin agave baked in clay ovens and ground with a millstone in the traditional method before being distilled in pot stills. Aged for four months in American oak barrels, it boasts caramelized pear and bitter orange on the nose, and clove, toffee and hints of vanilla on the palate. Velvety throughout and an elegant sipping Mezcal, each bottle is hand-numbered, and it won a Gold medal at the 2010 Tequila.net Awards.
