An American customer said that if we made a Navy Strength version of Asian Parsnip, ‘the world of gin would never be the same’. So, obviously we did and he was right.

The Key Botanicals: Parsnip, Grains of Paradise, Rosemary.

The Taste: Every gin needs a good naval counterpart, and Asian Parsnip is no exception. The flavor profile is identical - combining the nuttiness of parsnips with the spicy sparkle of Asian spices - just more intense.

This gin, unsurprisingly, is the same as our regular Asian Parsnip, but stronger. It is also obviously more expensive. On the other hand, it is more ‘effective’ than regular gin, so less of it is needed, making its consumption a cost-neutral fiscal event.
