Once Plantation Rum, we are now Planteray Rum. Still a family business, and still championing the great terroirs of rum.

From the pristine lagoons to the lush jungles, Planteray Isle of Fiji is an ode to the beauty of the Fiji Islands. This delicious rum is made using traditional techniques and local Fijian sugar cane which benefits from one of the purest waters on earth and from a volcanic soil, resulting in a high-quality sugar cane. Enjoy it neat or in a cocktail.

Planteray Rum Isle of Fiji is made with Fijian sugarcane that thrives in this terroir’s volcanic soil and some of the purest waters on earth. All this sugarcane is cut by hand using traditional techniques, then turned to molasses at the local mill in Lautoka town. Our ode to the beauty and traditions of the Fiji Islands is double-aged: first in Fiji in ex-bourbon casks, then traveling by sea (what we like to call “dynamic ageing”) before arriving in France for the second stage of the double ageing process. This creates warm notes of exotic fruits and raisins and a rich, round finish.
